How often do play therapy sessions occur?
Play therapy sessions occur weekly with your child being allocated a consistent appointment time that suits your family. Often children consciously or subconsciously prepare for sessions, bringing things they want to process and work through. Having a consistent time and place for their play therapy session creates the structure and predictability children need.
